What about discounts?

AAPP members get 20% – must be paid with a check or credit card on-line. Call Judy at 509-747-8000 to register with the discount, checks only for discount.

What if I have to cancel due to an emergency?

If cancellation is > 2 months from the program, 90% of the fee will be refunded.

If cancellation is 1-2 months before the program, 75% of fee is refunded

If cancellation is <1 month from the program, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

How many CME hours are available for the course?

9 hours of CME – this is focused on the first day.

Why aren’t CME hours attached to the second day of the conference?

The second day is reserved for treatment and we bring in discussion revolving pharmaceutical and lifestyle interventions. Some of the issues discussed have the potential for off-label use and we feel it best to present unbiased and clear evidenced-based information without the concern of CME limitations.

Can I attend the course a second time?

We welcome repeat class members to attend again at a 25% discount to get the updated information. If you bring a guest who is paying in full, your tuition is discounted 50%! To obtain discounts for the course, you must register with a check through Judy at 509-747-8000.

What materials will I receive?

You will leave the course with a complete printed syllabus and references. Additionally, you will receive a USB with patient loaded slide decks, poster of the “cholesterol criminals” and a 45 minute DVD explaining the Bale/Doneen Method to patients.
